Requests & quotes

Submitting a request does not place a paid order. CJ Printing Studios reviews the project and agrees the final design, dimensions, material, price, timing, design fees, included revisions and any prototype costs with you. Your quote records these terms; approve it before production begins.

Cash & e-transfer

Cash and e-transfer are accepted. Payment timing and transfer instructions are confirmed directly. Payment is recorded as received only after the studio verifies it. Do not send payment before those instructions are confirmed.

Collection & local delivery

Pickup is free in Aurora, with pickup details arranged directly. Drop-off around Aurora costs extra. That fee and delivery arrangements are agreed with each customer and included in the final quote.

Design, suitability & files

The digital keychain preview is a sample, with final shape and dimensions approved through the quote. Printed colors and surface finish can vary. Customer models are reviewed for printability and suitability. Only send files you have permission to use; the studio will review licensing before accepting a commercial print.

Changes, cancellations & issues

Contact the studio before making changes to an accepted quote. Cancellation and issue-resolution terms are discussed for the individual project and recorded before approval. Contact us promptly if a print has a problem.

Uploads

Each file is limited to 20 MB, with five files and 24 MB total per request. 3MF archive extraction is capped at 40 MB. Files are private and retrievable by the studio for 30 days; access expires afterward. Request deletion at any time.
