Project requests

CJ Printing Studios stores your name, email, project notes, measurements, customization, files and order status to review and fulfill your request. Submitting a project does not subscribe you to marketing. Your private request link lets you view the request and approve its quote; keep that link private.

Files & retention

Uploaded files are stored privately. Only the authorized studio can download them. Files are retrievable for 30 days, with access blocked afterward; the studio can delete them earlier on request. Request records remain for handling your project and any follow-up. Contact us to request deletion of personal information.

Newsletter

Joining the newsletter with consent saves your email and signup date for updates about new products, colors and studio projects. Existing launch-list signups retain their original launch-only consent. We do not sell your email. Every marketing email must include an unsubscribe link; you may also request removal by email.

Storage & security

Hosting and storage providers process information needed to operate this website. Access to owner tools is restricted to authorized accounts. Your quote basket is saved in local storage on this device until submitted or removed. Studio sign-in and signup editing may use authentication cookies. To limit spam we briefly store a hash derived from a network address and time window.
